If a cancellation is made within seven days prior to due arrival date for the months of August and September we reserve the right to charge 100% of your quoted tariff and 50% if cancelled within three months prior to due arrival date.
For the remainder of the year we reserve the right to charge 20% of the quoted tariff if a cancellation is made between thirty and seven days before due arrival date and 50% if less than seven days before arrival date.
No cancellation fee will be made if a cancellation is made over 30 days before due arrival date.
